Our Clubhouse is available to homeowners for a rental fee of $50, and if you use it 3 times in a calendar year, the next one is free. It is large enough for parties of 40, or more with the sliding glass doors open to the pool. It has a well furnished kitchen with a serving bar.
Our big swimming pool is located behind the clubhouse, creating an atmosphere ideal for parties. It has a very large patio with plenty of seating, tables, and lounge chairs.
Our small pool is quietly tucked near the rear of the property. Access is limited to homeowners and their guests.
Millridge is a Neighborhood Watch Institute member.
